Kasserol (basa Prancis : diminutive of casse, saka Provençal cassa 'pan' [1] ) yaiku maneka warna olahan ana ing wajan utawa mangkuk jero sing umume jero, biasane nganggo tutup kaca, digunakake kanggo open masak macem-macem piring, uga kanggo referensi menyang kategori panganan sing dimasak ing njero.
