Bolani ( Dari : بولانی) Periki (Basa Pashto : پارکی) minangka roti datar saka Afghanistan,[1] dipanggang utawa digoreng nganggo isi janganan.[2] Nduwe kulit tipis lan bisa diiseni macem-macem bahan, kaya ta kentang, lentil, waluh, bawang, utawa bawang . Bisa disajeni nganggo yogurt biasa utawa yoghurt mint.[3]
