Chelow kabab
Kabab Chelow ( Pèrsi: چلوکباب čelow-kabāb[tʃelowkæˈbɒːb] ) minangka panganan Iran sing kalebu beras kukus ( čelow ) lan salah sawijining jinis kebab Iran. [1] Iki dianggep minangka " sajian nasional " Iran, [2] lan bisa uga digawe nalika jaman wangsa Qajar .

Chelow kabab disajikan nganggo iringan kayata mentega, bubuk sumac, kemangi, bawang, lan tomat panggang. [3] Wedang tradisional sing diiringi kebab chelow yaiku doogh, ombenan adhedhasar yogurt Iran, kadhang-kadhang digawe saka banyu karbonat.
