Griot (basa Prancis: Griot , Haitian Creole ) minangka olahan sajian kang wigati ana ing masakan Haitian . Yaiku pundhak daging babi sing diasinake ing jeruk, sing dikuleni banjur digoreng. Umume diselenggarakake ing pesta. [1] Griot bebarengan karo diri ak pwa wouj (kacang abang lan beras) dianggep sawetara minangka "sajian nasional" Haiti [2] [3]
