Jangjorim

Jangjorim (장조림) yaiku panganan saka Korea kang kasusun saka daging sapi sing digodhog utawa dioseng bareng kecap. Daging babi, endhog puyuh, daging sapi lan jamur kadhang kala digunakake.

Dipitayani yen Jangjorim asale saka hukum klelep China kuno. Diarani "Sejong Annals" Vol. 128 (醓 醢), sing digawé kanthi ngrajang daging sapi ing bumbon kecap. Ora jelas wektu nalika banyune dadi perbendaharaan saiki.[1]

Iki digawé kanthi ngiris daging sapi lan endhog, dikumbah ing tembor banyu. Yen wis cukup, dicemplungi jae lan bawang, sok kecap lan godhog maneh supaya umub.[2]
