Jjinppang ( Hangul찐빵 ) yaiku salah sawijining olahan roti kukus, biasane diisi kacang abang kanthi potongan kacang buncis lan kulit kacang. [1] [2] Jjinppang tradisional digawe saka adonan sing difermentasi nggunakake ragi ing makgeolli (anggur beras), nanging varietas sing luwih enom kayata hoppang asring digawe tanpa fermentasi. Jjinppang anget luwih alus tinimbang roti panggang amarga kandungan kelembapan sing luwih dhuwur, nanging dadi hard nalika adhem. [3] Mangkono dianjurake kanggo mangan nalika roti isih panas. Jjinppang atos bisa dikukus maneh sadurunge dipangan. [3]

Jjinppang minangka produk khusus Kotamadya Anheung ing Kabupaten Hoengseong, Provinsi Gangwon . [4] Ing kotamadya kasebut, ana Desa Anheung Jjinppang sing ana 17 pabrik uap sing nggawe Anheung-jjinppang ( 안흥찐빵 ). [5] Wiwit taun 1999, kutha iki uga dadi tuan rumah Festival Anheung Jjinppang saben Oktober. [6]
