Kachori ( pronounced [kətʃɔːɽiː] ) minangka salah sawijining nyamikan goreng pedhes, asale saka anak bawana India, lan umume ing papan sing diaspora India lan diaspora Asia Kidul liyane. Jeneng alternatif kanggo cemilan kalebu kachauri, kachodi lan katchuri.
