Kepithing soka
Kepithing soka utawa kepithing cangkang lunak yaiku istilah kuliner kanggo kepithing-kepithing sing nembe ngelepaske kulit lawase lan isih lunak.[1] Cangkang lunak diangkat saka banyu supaya cangkang kepithing-kepithing kasebut ora ngeras.[2] Hal kasebut ditujukake supaya nyaris kabeh bagean saka kewan kasebut isa dipangan, ketimbang mung daginge sing dipangan.[3]
