Kokoretsi (basa Albanian: kukurec , Grikenlan: κοκορέτσι , Basa Turki: kokoreç ) Yaiku panganan saka Balkan lan Asia Minor, dumadi saka domba utawa wedhus usus mbungkus pengalamane jeroan, kalebu roti, ati, paru-paru, utawa ginjel, lan biasane panggang; jinis kalebu njero cincang sing dimasak ing wajan. Usus domba sing nyedhot luwih disenengi.
