Seswaa
Seswaa (minangka salah sawijining jinis olahan arupa sajian diarani ing Distrik Botswana Tengah) utawa leswao (kaya sing diarani masakan ing sisih kidul negara) minangka panganan daging tradisional Botswana, digawe saka daging sapi lan daging wedhus . Disiapake nggunakake potongan kiwa utawa potongan sing angel kayata sikil, gulu lan punggung. Panganan kasebut biasane disiapake kanggo upacara kayata pemakaman, pesta pernikahan lan acara nasional kayata perayaan kamardikan. [1] Daging kasebut digodhog nganti empuk ing pot, kanthi "cukup uyah", [2] lan ditumbuk. [3] [4] Iki asring disajikake nganggo pap (jagung) utawa mabele (sorghum). [5] [6]
