Taramasalata utawa taramosalata ( Grikenlan: ταραμοσαλάτα  ; saka taramás 'iwak roe' < Basa Turki: tarama [1] + saláta 'salad' < Basa Italia: insalata [2] ) iku basa Yunani meze digawé saka tarama, ing padhet lan nambani roe saka kod, carp, utawa mullet werna abu-abu ( bottarga ) dicampur karo lenga zaitun, jus lemon, lan pati saka roti utawa kentang, utawa kadhangkala almond. Varian bisa uga kalebu bawang putih, bawang musim semi, utawa mrica, utawa cuka tinimbang jus lemon.[3][4] Sanajan ora nganggo cara tradisional Yunani, diasepi, tinimbang nambani, tawon cod luwih akeh kasedhiya ing sawetara papan, lan asring digunakake. Bottarga biasane luwih larang tinimbang roe cod.[5]

Cara tradisional sajian digawé karo pestle lan mortir, menehi tekstur sing rada lembut, nanging taramasalata komersial biasane dicampur karo tempel sing halus.[5]

Taramasalata biasane dadi mega, asring nganggo ouzo, minangka nyebar roti.[6] Werna bisa beda karo beige ono krime nganti pink, gumantung karo jinis roe lan pewarna sing digunakake. Umume barang taramasalata sing wis dicelup kanthi warna jambon, nanging taramasalata sing bermutu kanthi warna-warni mesthi warna beige.[3]

Ing Yunani, taramasalata asring Καθαρά Δευτέρα Senin Καθαρά Δευτέρα ( Καθαρά Δευτέρα , Kathará Deftéra ), dina kapisan Great Lent, karo bawang lan linglang.[6]
