Baingan bharta
Baingan bharta (terong uleg) minangka salah sawijining panganan saka sub bawana India sing asale saka wilayah Punjab . Baingan ka bharta minangka bagean saka masakan sawetara negara baeian saka bawana India. Iki minangka panganan vegetarian sing disiapake kanthi nyoto terong ( baingan ) sing dienggo areng utawa geni langsung. Iki ngiseni sajian kanthi rasa keluk. Terong sing asap lan diuleg banjur dicampur karo tomat sing wis mateng, bawang bombay, jahe, bawang putih, jintan, ketumbar seger (godhong ketumbar), mrica cabai, lan minyak sawi utawa lenga sayur. [1] Biasane, sajian kasebut asring dipangan nganggo roti lapis (khusus roti utawa paratha ) lan uga disajikake karo nasi utawa raita, salad yogurt . Ing negara kayata Bihar lan Uttar Pradesh, disajikake panas karo litti utawa baati .
