Gâteau Basque ( Basque : Etxeko biskotxa ; "cake of the house") minangka panganan cuci mulut tradisional saka wilayah Basque Lor, Prancis, biasane diisi karo sele ceri ireng utawa krim pastry. Gâteau Basque kanthi krim luwih khas ing wilayah Basque Kidul Spanyol.
