Kanji ( Odia : କାଞ୍ଜି) minangka olahan adhedhasar banyu beras kanthi tradhisional sing disiyapake ing Odisha . Gumantung saka cara nyiyapake, dipangan karo bubur, sup utawa kari . Iki minangka salah sawijining Chappan Bhogaw (56 panganan uga dikenal kanthi jeneng Mahaprasadaw ) sing ditawakake Lord Jagannathaw saka Puri minangka bagean saka panganan pungkasan ing dina iki (dikenal kanthi jeneng Badaw Singhara Bhogaw ).
