Daging sapi kway Teow utawa daging sapi Kwetiau ( Inggris Ejaan) lan Kwetiau sapi ( Indonesia Ejaan) iku sawijining Tionghoa sajian mie beras flat ( kway Teow ) nglakoake-goreng lan paling ndhuwur karo irisan-irisan saka daging sapi utawa kadhangkala daging sapi jeroan, dadi salah siji garing utawa karo jangan sup . Panganan kasebut umume ditemokake ana ing negara-negara Asia Tenggara, utamane Indonesia, Singapura lan Malaysia, lan bisa ditemokake asale saka tradhisi Tionghoa .
