Laddu
Laddu utawa laddoo utawa avinsh minangka olahan sajinis manisan sing asale saka anak bawana India. Laddus umume digawe saka glepung, lemak ( ghee / butter / minyak) lan gula. Laddus asring digawe saka glepung gram nanging uga bisa digawe nganggo semolina . [1] Kadhangkala bahan-bahan kayata kacang sing disigar lan / utawa kismis garing uga ditambahake. Jinis bahan sing digunakake bisa beda-beda miturut resep.
