Mughlai paratha (basa Banggala: মোঘলাই পরোটা ) minangka panganan jalanan Benggala sing misuwur sing diyakini asale saka Bengal Subah nalika jaman Kekaisaran Mughal . [3] [4] [5] Bisa dadi roti goreng empuk sing ditambah karo keema (daging cincang), endhog, bawang lan mrico; [6] utawa paratha diiseni bahan sing padha utawa padha. [7]Kadhangkala, keema pitik utawa daging domba uga digunakake ing sawetara jinis. Uga bisa disajikake tanpa diiseni daging.
