Nasi kerabu minangka salah sawijining olahan nasi masakan Malaysia, jinis nasi ulam, ing endi nasi warna biru dipangan karo iwak garing utawa ayam goreng, krupuk, acar lan salad liyane. Werna biru saka beras asale saka kelopak kembang Clitoria ternatea (kupu-kupu) (bunga telang), sing digunakake kanggo pewarna panganan alami nalika masak. [1] Sekul kasebut uga bisa dimasak nganggo sega putih polos utawa sega sing dimasak nganggo kunir . Pancen asring dipangan nganggo solok lada lan uga dipangan nganggo keropok goreng. [2]
