Sop jeroan babi
Sup jeroan babi ( simplified Chinese ) utawa chheng- 清湯 (清湯) yaiku salah sawijining jinis panganan saka Malaysia lan Singapora sup sing digawe saka daging babi jeroan . Iki minangka sup sing jelas, disajikake karo pilihan liyane uga nasi. Duduh kaldu digodhog saka campuran jeroan kalebu ati, jantung, usus, weteng, lidah, curd getih babi, uga irisan daging babi, potongan sayuran asin, celtuce lan taburan godhong bawang lan mrico sing disigar. [1] Masakan sisih kalebu puff tofu, lan endhog lan sayuran asin sawetara diwenehake. Panganan biasane disajeni nganggo saus cabai khusus utawa kecap asin karo duduh panas.
