Ambula ( Odia ) yaiku sajian manggis roti asale saka Odia . [1] [2] Rasane legi lan asem. [3] Ambula digunakake kanggo kari asem kaya kanji . Bisa disiapake nganggo cabai abang utawa ijo, bawang putih lan banyu lan bisa disajikake nganggo "pakhala". [4]
Ambula digawe saka pelem asem. [5] Kaping pisanan, kulit pelem dicopot. Mangga kasebut banjur dicampur uyah lan dikeringake srengenge nganti pirang-pirang dina. Ambula bisa digunakake ing macem-macem kari, kayata iwak lan okra, kanggo nambah rasa.
