Imnos pros tin Eleftherian

Imnos pros tin Eleftherian (Yunani: Ὕμνος εἰς τὴν Ἐλευθερίαν Ýmnos eis tīn Eleutherían) (Basa Jawa: Himne kabébasan), iku lagu kabangsané Yunani. Wiwitané lagu iki njupuk saka geguritan kang tinulis déning Dionýsios Solomós ing taun 1823 lan dumadi saka 158 pada (bait) saéngga dadi himne sing paling dawa sadonya. Ing taun 1828 Nikolaos Mantzaros banjur nggubah musik kanggo ngiringi geguritan iki.

Tahn 1865, rong pada pisanan resmi dadi lagu kabangsan Yunani lan sabanjuré uga dipigunakaké déning Républik Siprus. Miturut Konstitusi Républik Siprus, lagu kabangsan Yunani dinyanyèkaké ing sangarepé Présidhèn Siprus sing saka ètnis Yunani déné lagu kabangsaan Turki dinyanyèkaké ing sangarepé wakil présidhèn sing asal saka ètnis Turki, nanging wiwit taun 1963 lagu kabangsan Turki wis ora dianggo manèh sawisé warga Siprus ètnis Turki nyatakaké mardika saka pamaréntahan Siprus.

I recognize you from the mighty
edge of the sword
I recognize you from the countenance
which surveys the earth with force
Risen from the sacred bones
of the Greeks
and, valiant as first,
hail, oh hail, liberty!

I shall always recognize you
by the dreadful sword you hold,
as the earth, with searching vision,
you survey with spirit bold.
From the Greeks of old whose dying
brought to birth our spirit free,
now, with ancient valour rising,
let us hail you, oh liberty!

Déning Rudyard Kipling (1918)

We knew thee of old,
O, divinely restored
By the lights of thine eyes,
And the light of thy Sword.
From the graves of our slain,
Shall thy valour prevail,
As we greet thee again,
Hail, Liberty! Hail!

Terjemahan kasar sajeroning Basa Jawa:

Kita meruhi sliramu, wiwit jaman biyèn
Kanthi pedhangmu sing nggegirisi
lan pandulu kang nyorotaké semangat
Saka para pejuang Yunani
Sing mbabaraké semangat kabébasan
Saiki bareng rasa wani wis adreng
Kita mangayubagya praptamu, oh kabébasan
