Kaldereta
Kaldereta utawa caldereta [1] [2] minangka daging wedhus [3] rebus saka Filipina . Variasi sajian nggunakake daging sapi [4], pitik [5], utawa daging babi. Umume, daging wedhus ditambah sayuran lan pasta ati. Sayuran bisa uga kalebu tomat, kentang, zaitun, lada, lan mrico panas. Kaldereta kadang ngemot saos tomat.
