Nan-e berenji ( Basa Pèrsi: نان برنجي‎‎ ), uga disebut shirini berenji, yaiku kue glepung beras Iran sing asale saka Kermanshah . [1] Nan-e berenji secara harfiah diterjemahake dadi "roti beras". Asring roso karo kapulaga, dihiasi karo wiji poppy lan dibentuk dadi piring sing rata. Biasane putih, nanging kadhangkala kuning. [2]

Nan-e Berenji diwiwiti 150 taun kepungkur nalika jaman Qajar. Wisatawan lan peziarah menyang lan saka Kermanshah ing Jalan Sutra nggoleki panganan tartamtu sing bakal tahan luwih suwe lan uga ngemot nutrisi. Kanggo nanggepi, warga nggawe permen karo sega, sing dadi panganan utama para wisatawan.

Pitu panganan besut

Miturut legenda, Raja Jamshid nemokake gula ing taun anyar Persia, Nowruz . Mulane, ana adat kanggo ngrameke Nowruz karo pitung panganan manis, saliyane tradisional liyane 7 panganan ing Haft-sin . [3] Manis pitu yaiku:

  • noghl, almond sing dilapisi gula
  • Baklava Persia, pastry almond pistachio
  • nan-e berenji , rice cookies
  • nan-e badami, cookie almond
  • nan-e nokhodchi, cookie kacang buncis
  • sohan asali , madu almond
  • nan-e gerdui, cookie walnut
