Paksiw ( Tagalog: [ˈpak.sɪʊ] ) minangka gaya masak Filipina, sing jenenge "masak lan rebus ing cuka." Masakan umum sing duwe istilah kasebut bisa beda-beda gumantung apa sing wis dimasak.
