Apparently you copied them from Help:Tuladha Jejeg (permalink) which is in Indonesian and it has been tagged for translation since 2013. I've tagged this article with the same tag and please be more careful in the future with something you copied from Help: and Wikipedia: namespace to main namespace, they're probably not translated yet.
