Salad mimosa
Salad mimosa (basa Rusia: сала́т мимо́за ) minangka salah sawijining jinis olahan arupa salad perayaan, sing bahan utamane yaiku keju, endhog, iwak kaleng, bawang, lan mayones. Salad Mimosa misuwur amarga mirip "mimosa", kembang musim semi, kasebar ing salju. Kamiripan saka ngremuk lan nyebarake koneng endhog sing digodhog ing lumahing.
