Shakoy
Shakoy ( Cebuano : syakoy; Filipino : siyakoy; Spanyol : siácoy; Hokkien :炸粿; Peh-OE-ji : tsia̍h-kue), uga dikenal minangka lubid-lubid ( "sethitik tali"), yaiku salah sawijining jinis panganan tradisional saka negara Filipino jero-goreng donat bengkong . Biasane digawe nganggo glepung, gula, uyah, lan ragi lan goreng . Banjur ditaburi gula putih. Varian shakoy uga bisa digawe karo jinis tepung liyane, utamane karo tepung beras, sing ngasilake versi chewier sing uga biasane dilapisi wiji wijen .
