Sorbèt
Sorbet ( /sɔːrˈbeɪ/ ) utawa sherbet yaitu sawijining panganan cuci mulut beku digawe saka gula-legi banyu karo panambah rasa - biasane jus woh, woh puree, anggur, liqueur utawa madu . Terminologi kasebut durung ditemtokake, nanging umume sorbet ora ngemot bahan susu, dene sherbet isih.
