Watalappam
Watalappam (uga diarani watalappan utawa vattalappam ) ( Sinhala Tamil ) yaiku salah sawijining olahan jinis puding kastard klapa digawe saka santen utawa susu pekat, jaggery, kacang mete, endhog, macem-macem rempah-rempah, kalebu kapulaga, cengkeh, [1] lan pala, lan kadhang kala jus pandan kenthel utawa polong vanilla parut.
