Chanakhi ( Basa Géorgia: ჩანახი ) minangka wong Georgia tradisional [1] [2] [3] [4] sajian rebus domba kanthi tomat, aubergine, kentang, sayuran ijo lan bawang putih .Chanakhi luwih disiapake ing pot lempung lan disajikake karo roti lan keju. Cempe dilebokake ing pot kanthi mentega cair. Bawang, terong, kentang, sayuran lan tomat sing disigar ditambahake ing lapisan sing beda. Sawise diwutahake banyu, sajian mateng alon-alon ing oven suwene 4,5-5 jam. [3]
