Masakan Banjar dipengaruhi dening akeh budaya, kalebu masakan Melayu, Jawa, Cina lan India . Masakan Banjar umume kalebu panganan sup kayata sup ayam banjar . Beda karo soto banjar, sing nggunakake ketupat, sup ayam disajeni karo kukus. Duduh kaldu digawe nganggo rempah-rempah kaya cengkeh, bunga lawang, pala lan jahe . Pengiring sajian iki bisa kalebu bihun beras, taburan bawang goreng, bawang bombay, lan jus jeruk nipis.
