Picarones
Picarones (utawa Picaron tunggal) iku salah sawijining jinis olahan arupa panganan cuci mulut Peru [1] sing asalé ing Lima sak Viceroy . Kayane mirip karo buñuelos, jinis donat sing digawa menyang koloni dening para penjajah Spanyol. Bahan utamane yaiku squash lan ubi jalar . Dadi ing bentuk donat lan ditutup nganggo sirup, digawe saka chancaca (molase padat). Cara tradisional yaiku kanggo nyedhiyakake picarone nalika wong nyiapake anticuchos, sajian tradisional Peru liyane.
