Saos wafu
Saos wafu minangka salah sawijining jinis olahan kalebu campuran kecap Jepang, cuka beras, mirin, lan minyak sayur . Ana macem-macem variasi sing dibumboni karo bahan tambahan kayata aonori, shiso, jahe parut, katsuobushi, umeboshi puree, wasabi, utawa buah jeruk kayata lemon utawa yuzu . [1] Sing dirasakake nganggo minyak wijen asring diarani chūka-fū dressing (中華風ドレッシング?) , tegese "klamben gaya Cina ". [2]
