Sop ogbono
Sup Ogbono, yaiku olah-olahan igbo Nigeria sing digawe wiji ogbono garing ing lemah [1] (jeneng lokal kanggo Irvingia ) [2] kanthi variasi lokal sing cukup gedhe. Wiji ogbono sing dienggo digunakake kanggo dadi luwih kenthel, lan menehi sup warna kanggo ireng. Daging khas kalebu daging sapi, wedhus, iwak, pitik, daging semak, urang, utawa iwak-iwakan .
