Sriracha
Sriracha ( Thai: ศรีราชา , kocapan [sǐːrāːt͡ɕʰāː] ( listen)</img> ; Cara Inggris /sᵻˈrætʃə/ utawa /sᵻˈrɑːtʃə/ ) iku jinis sauce panas utawa chili sauce digawe saka tempel saka chili mrico, cuka disaring, papak, gula, lan uyah. [1]

Ing Thailand, saos paling asring diarani sot Siracha ( Thai: ซอสศรีราชา ) lan mung kadang nam phrik Siracha ( Thai: น้ำพริกศรีราชา ). Saos sriracha tradisional Thailand cenderung luwih raos, lan tekstur luwih alus tinimbang versi dudu Thailand. [2]

The Thais also make many versions of [sriracha] sauce... which tend to be more liquid and pourable than Huy Fong’s. Sriraja Panich has a lovely balance of bright chili heat, delicate sweetness, vinegary tang, and garlicky backnote.
