Sriracha
Sriracha (Thai: ศรีราชา, kocapan [sǐːrāːt͡ɕʰāː] ( listen); arti: "sriraja"; Cara Inggris /sᵻˈrætʃə/ utawa /sᵻˈrɑːtʃə/ ) iku jinis saos pedhes utawa lombok Thai digawe saka tempel saka lombok mrico, cuka disaring, papak, gula, lan uyah.[1]
Ing nagara Thai, saos paling asring diarani sot Siracha ( Thai: ซอสศรีราชา ) lan mung kadang nam phrik Siracha ( Thai: น้ำพริกศรีราชา ). Saos sriracha tradisional Thai cenderung luwih raos, lan tekstur luwih alus tinimbang versi dudu nagara Thai. [2]

The Thais also make many versions of [sriracha] sauce... which tend to be more liquid and pourable than Huy Fong’s. Sriraja Panich has a lovely balance of bright chili heat, delicate sweetness, vinegary tang, and garlicky backnote.
