Asem pedhes
Asam pedas (basa Indonesia lan Melayu : asam pedas, Minangkabau : asam padeh, basa Inggris : asem lan pedhes) yaiku panganan rebusan iwak asem lan pedhes saka Minangkabau lan Melayu . [7] Iki misuwur ing Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapura lan Brunei .Bahan-bahan utama asam pedas biasane panganan laut utawa iwak banyu tawar. Iki dimasak ing asam ( asam ) jus buah nganggo lombok lan rempah-rempah.
