Tortellini
Tortellini minangka pasta a wujud ali-ali sing asale saka tlatah Italia ing Emilia (utamane Bologna lan Modena ). Kadhangkala uga dijlentrehake minangka "udel pusar ", mula uga jeneng alternatif "tombol padharan" ( ombelico ), lan uga mirip karo wonton gedhe. [1] Cara tradisional dikonsumsi karo campuran daging (loin daging babi, prosciutto mentah, Mortadella ), keju Parmigiano Reggiano, endhog lan nutmeg lan disuguhake ing kaldu capon ( in brodo di cappone ).
