Gyeran-mari
Gyeran-mari ( Hangul: 계란말이 ) utawa omelet gulung ing masakan Korea ya iku salah sawijining jinis olahan banchan gurih (lauk) sing digawé saka endhog sing dikocok dicampur karo sawetara bahan sing dicincang sacoro apik. [1] [2] Bahan-bahan umum kalebu sayuran ( bawang, wortel, zucchini Korea, scallions, chives bawang putih ), jamur, daging olahan ( ham, daging babi, daging kepiting tiruan, tuna kaleng ), uyah utawa panganan laut asin ( asin pollock roe, udang asin ), lan keju . . [3] [4] Opsional, gim (rumput laut) dilebokake karo omelet. Nalika disuguhake, omelet dipotong dadi 2–3 centimetres (0.79–1.18 in) irisan. Iki uga minangka anju sing umum ditemokake ing pojangmacha (warung-warung ing pinggir dalan). [5]
