Sirutteok (시루떡) minangka jinis kue beras Korea ( tteok ) sing biasane digawe nganggo kukus utawa tepung ketan ing "siru" (시루), sawijining wadhah lempung gedhe sing digunakake kanggo kukus sing menehi "sirutteok" jenenge. "Sirutteok" dianggep minangka jinis tteok paling tuwa ing sejarah Korea . [1] [2]

Bahan-bahan utama "sirutteok" yaiku beras (멥쌀 mepssal ing basa Korea) utawa beras ketan (찹쌀 chapssal ), sing sok dicampur. Biji-bijian lan kacang-kacangan liyane (kayata kacang azuki, kacang mung lan wijen, glepung gandum utawa pati ) uga bisa dicampur karo pari. Macem-macem woh lan kacang digunakake minangka bahan tambahan, kayata persimmon, peach utawa apricot, chestnut, walnut, lan nut pine . Kajaba iku, sayuran utawa jamu bisa digunakake kanggo ngicipi tteok . Godhong Danggwi (당귀 잎; Ostericum grosseserratum ), jamur seogi (manna lichen ), lobak, artemisia, mrico, lan anggur Korea, kayata madu lan gula digunakake minangka pemanis .
