Sega gorèng Thailand
Nasi goreng Thai ( Thai: ข้าวผัด , RTGS: khao phat, kocapan [kʰâ(ː)w pʰàt] ) yaiku macem-macem sega goreng khas masakan Thailand tengah. Ing basa Thai, khao tegese " beras " lan phat tegese "saka utawa gegayutan karo digoreng ".
Panganan iki beda karo sega goreng Cina amarga disiapake nganggo sega melati Thailand tinimbang sega gandum biasa. Biasane isine daging ( pitik, udang, lan yuyu kabeh umum), endhog, bawang, bawang putih lan kadhangkala tomat . Bumbu sing bisa kalebu kecap, gula, uyah, bisa uga saos cabe, lan nampla ( saus iwak ) sing ana ing endi-endi, digoreng bebarengan karo bahan-bahan liyane. Piring kasebut banjur dilapisi lan disajikake kanthi iringan kaya irisan timun, irisan tomat, jeruk nipis lan sprigs bawang ijo lan ketumbar, lan phrik nampla, saus pedhes sing digawe saka irisan lombok Thai, cengkeh bawang putih sing disigar, saus iwak, jus jeruk lan gula.
