Pesta Ulahraga Solidaritas Islam 2005 yaiku ajang ulahraga anggota-anggota OKI sing diadakake kanggo kaping pertami ing sajarah ing negara Arab Saudi. Abdul-Majid bin Abdul-Aziz, Gubernur Mekkah, resmi ngebuka ajang ISG sing pertami ing endi luwih saka 2.600 peserta melu berpartisipasi ing upacara pambuka ISG sing pertami ing Stadion Raja Abdul Aziz.
